Had a great ride today on the Ride to Remember Vintage Elgin.
Stopped by DB Ortho PT in Red Bank to show Dennie Waite a real bike. As a patient of his and can honestly say the man is top-notch rehabilator (even though he suggested that my rehab should have begun before birth). Lots was learned from Dennie and the DB crew, I’m walking better from their care. On top of that, the guy is a crazy real deal cyclist (strength and dedication beyond mortality), He’s likely KOM on most Strava segments in the region.
