NJ COASTAL HIGHLANDS — RIDE TO REMEMBER
A short tour of some of the memorable climbs of the NJ Coastal Highlands. This region is known for its many historical attractions — Twin Lights, Sandy Hook and Earle Naval Base are a few. Also the location for one of Marconi's Trans-Atlantic Broadcast efforts. Known for its geographical status as the highest point of the North American Coastal Plain. Ride this route and you'll make that climb from sea level.

The feel of the climbs and the ride in general is close to the real world, but Rouvy's downhill speeds are 5-8 mph faster than real life? Biggest bummer is that Strava segments didn't translate.
Now while I'm trying to recovery I have a familiar ride that I can use to judge my condition without risking falling over in traffic.
